1 Introduction & Eligibility

Kriyka (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Service") operates an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kriyka.onl website and its related mobile applications.

KYC Verification

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, kriyka follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or other documents. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to use kriyka's services. Under Bangladeshi law, minors are prohibited from participating on online gaming platforms.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
• Kriyka may request age verification documents at any time.
• If it is confirmed that a minor is using an account, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payments

• In cases of suspicious transactions, kriyka may hold funds until verification is complete.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from kriyka, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number linked to your registered account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals of up to BDT 1,00,000 per day are allowed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Withdrawal Cancellation

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to the account for which the offer was made.

7 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• Kriyka will not be held responsible for any game interruption caused by a loss of internet connection.
• For Sports Betting, official results are considered final.
• Any account found to be cheating or showing abnormal betting patterns will be subject to investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming
